摘要
以大数据发展下数据挖掘技术为背景,分析了数控机床中FMECA及FTA故障技术分析法,研究了数据挖掘技术应用于数控机床的可靠性,此研究可确保数控机床运行过程中能有效融合的技术模式,从根本上提高数控机床的可靠性和运行稳定性,降低故障问题对项目造成的影响。
Based on the data mining technology developed by big data,this paper analyzes the analysis of FMECA and FTA fault technology in NC machine tools,and studies the reliability of the application of data mining technology in NC machine tools.This research ensures that the technical mode can be effectively integrated in the running process of CNC machine tools,fundamentally improves the reliability and running stability of CNC machine tools,and reduces the influence of fault problems on the project.
