Taking the fault of DMC125FD five-axis linkage machine tool and C-axis classification as the research object,this paper analyzes and sums up the main fault causes and characteristics of C-axis deviation,arranges the fault performance of some C-axis super-deviation,and analyzes and summarizes the fault causes of C-axis deviation.The diagnosis and maintenance method of C axis grading fault is described.
