Study on the Defects of the Head of Stainless Steel Pressure Vessel

奥氏体不锈钢压力容器封头在制造和使用过程中会产生各种缺陷,从而影响压力容器的质量,危害压力容器的安全运行。因此,针对不锈钢压力容器封头在制造和使用过程出现的各种类型的缺陷和产生原因进行总结分析,提出消除及修复缺陷的技术措施。

The sealing head of the austenitic stainless steel pressure vessel will produce various defects during the manufacture and use,thus affecting the quality of the pressure vessel and endangering the safe operation of the pressure vessel.This paper makes a summary and analysis of various kinds of defects and causes of the head of stainless steel pressure vessel in the process of manufacturing and using,and puts forward the technical measures to eliminate and fix the defects.
