矿井电器设备开盖断电开关的技术改造 被引量:1

摘要 为防止矿井电器设备发生开盖触电事故,基于矿井电器设备开盖断电开关应用现状,分析了其应用过程中存在的问题,并针对这些问题,提出了矿井电器设备开盖断电开关的改造策略,主要对开盖断电开关的结构、外壳、安装架组件以及灌封板组件进行了优化改造。实际应用结果表明,经改造后的矿井电器设备开盖断电开关,不仅安全性更好,而且使用寿命会更长,能更好地满足矿井防爆隔爆电器设备的开盖断电需求。 In order to prevent the electric shock accident of open cover of mine electrical equipment,based on the application status of open cover breaker of mine electrical equipment,the existing problems in the application process are analyzed,and in view of these problems,the transformation strategy of open cover cut off switch of mine electrical equipment is put forward,and the structure,shell,installation frame assembly and filling plate assembly of open cover power cut switch are mainly optimized.The practical application results show that the reformed open cover power switch for mine electrical equipment is not only more safe,but also has a longer service life,which can better meet the power cut off demand of mine explosion proof and flameproof electrical equipment,and can better ensure mine safety.
