基于Grey-DEMATEL方法的造船企业供应商产品质量影响因素研究

Research on influence factors of the product quality of shipbuilding enterprises’ supplier based on Grey-DEMATEL method

对造船企业供应商产品质量的影响因素进行了系统梳理和识别,建立了指标体系,并使用Grey-DEMATEL方法对上述影响因素进行了因果关系分析以及重要性排序的实证研究。结果表明,造船企业、船东的质量意识和质量要求是影响供应商产品质量的最根本因素,而供应商管理者意识和质量管控体系运行能力是影响供应商产品质量最重要的因素。因此,造船企业应该充分发挥主制造商的主导作用,约束、监督、激励供应商并提升其质量意识和质量控制能力,最终有效提升造船供应链的整体质量水平。

This paper first ascertained the influence factors of the suppliers’products of the shipbuilding enterprises.Then,it analyzed the influence factors quantitatively by using Grey-DEMATEL method to study the causal effects and importance sequencing among these factors.The results show that the quality awareness of the shipbuilding enterprises’and suppliers’managers is the most fundamental factor,while the awareness of suppliers’managers and the ability of quality control system operation are the most factors to influence the improvement of suppliers’products.Suggestions are provided for shipbuilding enterprises to improve total quality of the supply chain.
