摘要
为有效治理大采高综采工作面瓦斯涌出问题,对工作面瓦斯涌出量及其来源进行分析。同时,为解决原瓦斯治理措施顺层钻孔抽采效果不佳的问题,提出U+I型通风和高抽巷瓦斯治理方案。现场实践表明:工作面回风巷和尾巷瓦斯浓度达到工作面管理要求;高抽巷瓦斯抽采纯量随工作面推进逐步增加,呈现小幅度的波动现象,瓦斯纯量最高达到121.61m3/min,工作面瓦斯得到有效治理。
In order to control the gas emission from fully mechanized mining face with great mining height effectively,the working face of the mine was taken as an example to analyze the gas emission source.At the same time,in order to solve the problem that the effect of the original gas control measures was not good,the U+I ventilation and gas control scheme of high gas extraction roadway were put forward.The monitoring results showed that gas concentration of re?turn roadway and tail roadway of the working face met requirements of mining face management.Gas drainage quanti?ty from roof high level gas drainage gateway increased with heading of the mining face with small fluctuation.Gas drainage quantity was up to 121.61m3/min.Gas in work surface was controlled effectively.
