摘要
由黑腐果胶杆菌(Pectobacterium atroseptica)引起的黑胫病是广泛影响马铃薯生产的重要种薯传播细菌病害。为了有效防治马铃薯黑胫病,本文选择了8种杀菌剂:69%霜疫·恶朗可湿性粉剂、30%琥胶肥酸铜可湿性粉剂、88%水合霉素可溶性粉剂、56.7%氢氧化铜水分散粒剂、72%农用链霉素可湿性粉剂、2%春雷霉素可湿性粉剂、3%甲霜·噁霉灵水剂和57.6%氢氧化铜水分散粒剂进行了室内毒力测定。结果表明:对黑胫病病原菌生长抑菌效果较好的药剂为2%春雷霉素可湿性粉剂,EC50值为5.27μg/ml,r值为0.971。
The black shank(Pectobacterium atroseptica)is an important kind of the bacterial disease affecting potato production.In order to effectively prevent and control the potato black shank,eight kinds of fungicides were selected in this paper for the indoor virulence determination,including 69%frost plague wettable powder,30%amoxic acid copper sulfate wettable powder,88%hydazamycin soluble powder,56.7%copper hydroxide water dispersible granules,72%agricultural streptomycin wettable powder,2%kasugamycin wettable powder,3%quilmicaprofen and 57.6%copper hydroxide water dispersible granules,indoor virulence Determination.The results showed that 2%kasugamycin wettable powder(EC50 value=5.27μg/ml,r value=0.971)has a more antibacterial effect on the pathogenic bacteria of the potato black shank.
