The production capacity issue of the coal market has eased,which gives operators more confidence in the operation,and the profits of the coal enterprises has started to increase.As an important component of the profit growth of coal enterprises,the coal preparation plant should seeking how to how to minimize its production and operation costs and improve the quality of coal washing products,which is one of the key points discussed in this paper.This paper elaborates various operation modes and the characteristics and advantages of entrusted operation management mode in coal preparation plant.At the same time,the difficulties encountered in the implementation of the entrusted operation mode in the coal preparation plant is also discussed.
