摘要
该文比较了成长型思维与固定型思维的表现特征,发现成长型思维有利于大学生自主发展、独立学习成才。互联网海量、开放性、互动性、共享性、个性化的信息,有利于大学生的主动学习并使其固定型思维向成长型思维转变和成长型思维模式的发展。文章分析了坚毅的性格、自信心、良好的习惯是培养大学生成长型思维的要点后,通过绿色化工产品开发的试验课程教学培养大学生成长型思维,证实了互联网+科研训练,并充分尊重学生个性化,注重提升学生自主性、创新思维及学术素养能促进大学生的成长型思维形成。
Comparing the performance characteristics of growth mindset and fixed mindset,it is found that growth mindset is to the benefit of the self-progress and independent learning of college students.Vast amount of open,interactive,sharing and personalized information on the Internet can help college student with active learning and the transformation from fixed mindset to growth mindset,as well as the further development of the growth mindset.The article proposes that the strong character,self-confidence,good habits are key points to cultivate the college students’growth mindset.With the experimental course of green chemical product development on the purpose of cultivating students’growth mindset,it is confirmed that the Internet plus scientific research training,fully respect students’personality,paying attention to the improvement of students’independent and creative thinking and academic accomplishment can promote the formation of college students’growth mindset.
