Combining Teaching and Competition in Undergraduate Teaching of Economics

分析了以专业竞赛促进经济学类教学质量提升的现实意义,阐述了竞赛在促进高校教学模式改革中面临的挑战。在遵循高等教育规律的前提下,分别从改革成绩评价体系、调动师生参赛积极性、完善竞赛激励机制以及拓宽参赛资金来源等方面提出了具有可操作性的建议,以促进人才培养机制的完善。

It analyzed the practical significance of promoting the quality of economics teaching by professional competition,and the challenge of competition in promoting the reform of teaching mode in colleges and universities was introduced.On the premise of following the law of higher education,some feasible suggestions were put forward from the aspects which includes reforming the performance evaluation system,arousing the enthusiasm of teachers and students to participate in the competition,perfecting the competition incentive mechanism and broadening the sources of funds for participating in the competition,so as to improve the talent training system.
