内生细菌对芳樟光合特性和几种酶活性的作用 被引量:11

The Effect of Entophytic Bacteria on the Photosynthetic Characteristics and Several Enzyme Activities of Cinnamomum camphora

摘要 内生细菌对芳樟研究结果表明,促生内生细菌CT-B09-2、JL-B06、WYS-A01-1能够提高芳樟光合作用。与对照相比,经内生菌处理后芳樟叶片光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Gs)均有所提高,同时使芳樟叶片胞间CO2浓度(Gs)降低,从而促进芳樟的生长,同时发现芳樟叶片的叶绿素含量得到提高。经内生细菌处理后,芳樟体内的保护酶活性得到提高,芳樟对不良环境条件的反应得到改善。芳樟叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量降低,从而起到保护芳樟的细胞膜的作用。芳樟体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性糖含量均高于对照,表明内生细菌对芳樟具有可能的促生作用。本研究的内生细菌菌株对芳樟的栽培具有一定的借鉴价值,为复合微生态制剂的开发提供理论基础。 The research of the endophytic bacteria on Cinnamomum camphora indicated that the endophytic bacteria CT-B09-2, JL-B06, WYS-A01-1 could improve photosynthesis in C. camphora leaves. The photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, and the stomatal conductance in C. camphora after endophytic bacteria treatment were all higher than those in the control group, at the same time, the concentration of CO2(Gs) in C. camphora leaves decreased,thus promoting the growth of C. camphora. At the same time, the chlorophyll content of C. camphora leaves was improved. After the treatments of endophytic bacteria, the protective enzyme activity was increased in C.camphora, and the reaction to adverse environmental conditions was improved. The content of malondialdehyde(MDA) decreased, thus protecting the cell membrane of C. camphora. Superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase activities, soluble protein content, and soluble sugar content in C. camphora were all higher than those in the control group, these showed that endophytic bacteria played a role in the growth-promoting on C. camphora. The endophytic bacteria strains of this study have certain reference value for the cultivation of aromatic camphor. It provides a theoretical basis for the development of composite microecologics’ research and development.
