摘要
在功能梯度材料板结构理论及均质热锻模热-力载荷解析计算方法的基础上,根据多金属平板模具各覆层材料的物性参数沿厚度方向规律,结合热锻过程中多层金属平板模具与金属坯料之间存在热传递现象,建立了多层金属平板模具热-力载荷的解析计算模型,获得了多层金属平板模具温度及应力的解析值。建立了多层金属平板镦粗模具的热-力耦合有限元模型,获得了多层金属平板模具在热态镦锻下的应力分布。在多层金属平板模具上完成了圆柱体镦粗试验,获得了模具关键位置温度变化的实测值。在以上研究的基础上,将解析值、模拟值和实测值进行了对比,验证了多层金属平板模具热-力载荷分析方法的正确性。
Based on the theory of functionally graded material plate structure and the analytic calculation method of analytic thermal-me-chanical loading for homogeneous hot forging die,according to the law of the physical properties of the coating materials in the multi-metal flat plate die along the thickness direction,an analytic calculation model of thermal-mechanical loading for multi-layer metallic flat die was established by combining with the heat transfer phenomenon between the multi-layer metallic flat plate die and the metal blank during the hot forging process.The calculated values of the temperature and stress of the multi-layer metallic flat plate die were obtained by this method.The thermal-mechanical coupling finite element model was built and the stress distribution of the multi-layer metallic flat plate die was also obtained during the hot forging.An upsetting test of cylindrical part was carried out on the multi-layer metallic flat die,the meas-ured values of temperature of key position of die were obtained.The calculated values were compared with the simulated and measured ones to validate the analysis methods of thermal-mechanical loading for multi-layer metallic flat die.
