摘要
某深基坑工程地处上海市中心区域某正在运营中的医院内,并紧邻已有的建筑物及市政管线,故对深基坑施工提出了极高的变形控制要求。通过优化施工措施、制订合理的施工方案及利用信息化手段指导施工,有效地控制了基坑变形,确保了周围建筑物均处于稳定状态,为今后市中心类似工程提供了经验参考。
A deep foundation pit project located in a Shanghai downtown area hospital is close to the existing buildings and municipal pipelines and extremely high deformation control requirements are put forward for the deep foundation pit construction.Through optimizing construction measures,formulating reasonable construction scheme and using information technology to guide the construction,the deformation of the foundation pit is effectively controlled,a stable state of its surrounding buildings are ensured,which can provided a reference for similar projects in downtown area in the future.
