抗浮锚杆锚头钢筋兼作基础底板临时支撑的施工技术

Construction Technology of Anti-Floating Anchor Rod and Anchor Head Steel Bar as Temporary Support for Foundation Floor

介绍一种将抗浮锚杆锚头钢筋兼作基础底板临时支撑的施工工艺,即将抗浮锚杆锚入基础底板,用锚头钢筋代替部分或全部基础底板的钢筋马凳(或临时支撑),以支撑基础底板上层钢筋网片的质量。实践表明:在其受力性能和上层网片成形质量满足规范要求的前提下,该工艺能显著节约钢材,大大节省基础底板的措施费,符合绿色施工的要求,可为类似工程提供借鉴和参考。

This paper introduces a construction technology of using anti-floating anchor rod and anchor head steel bar as temporary support for foundation floor,which is to anchor the anti-floating anchor rod into the foundation floor and replace some or all of the steel horse stools(or temporary supports)of the foundation floor to support the mass of the upper mesh of the foundation floor.The practice shows that under the premise that its mechanical properties and the quality of the upper mesh forming meet the requirements of the specification,this process can significantly save steel,greatly save the measure cost of the foundation floor,meet the requirements of green construction,and can provide reference for similar projects.
