摘要
针对某超高层建筑梁柱节点混凝土强度偏低问题,后续处理采用了混凝土局部置换的方法。首先,保留柱核心区的混凝土,使之在加固期间上部结构仍可继续施工;其次,对处理区域的梁端采用预应力柔性拉杆卸载,并设置保护性支撑,以避免节点区在混凝土凿除后梁端产生较大的竖向位移;再通过足尺模型工艺试验确认C85高强加固型灌浆料的性能及工艺的合理性、浇筑界面结合的密实度;最后,采用合理的施工工艺,使梁柱节点加固质量得到了保证。
In order to solve the problem of low concrete strength of beam-column joints in a super high-rise building,the method of partial replacement of concrete is adopted during subsequent processing.First,by preserving the concrete in the core area of the column,the upper structure can continue to be constructed during the reinforcement period.Second,the prestressed flexible tie bars are used to unload the beam ends in the treatment area,and protective supports are provided to avoid large vertical displacement of the beam ends after the concrete in the joint area was chiseled away.The properties of the C85 high-strength reinforced grouting material and the rationality of the process and the compactness of the pouring interface are confirmed by the full-scale model test.Finally,the quality of the beam-column joint reinforcement is ensured by a reasonable construction process.
