摘要 上海国际金融中心项目建筑外立面大面积采用了悬边竖向折弯型单元式玻璃幕墙。这种幕墙板块造型特殊、构造复杂,如板块竖向有内凹台阶、玻璃飞边等,给施工带来极大的困难。为此,对单元式幕墙构造上采用的大型竖向装饰条、隐藏式自动开窗装置、镶嵌式泛光照明等设计和加工技术进行了专项研究,制订了相应的工法,取得了理想的效果,可为类似项目建筑外立面提供参考。 The large fa?ade of the Shanghai International Finance Center project adopts a vertically bent unit glass curtain wall with a hanging edge.This kind of curtain wall plate has special shape and complicated structure.For example,in the vertical direction,there are concave steps and glass flashing edges,which brings great difficulties to the construction.To this end,special research was carried out on the design and processing techniques of large vertical decorative strips,concealed automatic window opening devices,inlaid floodlighting,etc.used in the construction of unit curtain wall,and corresponding engineering methods were formulated to achieve the desired results,which can provide reference for the facade of similar projects.
