摘要 对北京新机场南航基地1号机库超大面积大跨空间网架的安装精度控制技术进行了研究,并通过模拟制作各种规格的杆件试验以确定焊接收缩量,来严格控制不同杆件的加工精度。在拼装前还通过计算机对钢屋架结构进行三维建模,建立了“三纵八横”的控制线,在施工全过程中,先整体后局部,通过全站仪对每个下弦球进行投影放点,使每根杆件都能得到精确定位与拼装,满足了超大面积空间网架安装精度的高要求。 The installation precision control technology of the large-area and large-span space grid of the No.1 hangar of the China South Airlines base in Beijing new airport was studied,and the welding shrinkage was determined by simulating the rod test of various specifications to strictly control the processing accuracy of different rods.Before assembly,the structure of the steel roof truss was modeled by computer,and three vertical and eight horizontal control lines were established.In the whole process of construction,firstly the overall part and followed by the local part,each lower chord ball was projected and laid out by means of total station,so that each rod can be precisely positioned and assembled to meet the high requirements of the installation accuracy of the super large-area space grid.
