摘要
以加拿大蒙特利尔梦湖园仿古建筑的屋面修缮工程项目为例,对传统的中式屋面防水结构形式进行了创新设计。在原有屋面基层修复的基础上,通过增设不锈钢滴水板、复合防水卷材、不锈角钢挡板以及排水板、无纺布等加强型“防排一体”系统,杜绝水分在防水卷材上的滞留。既可有效地应对高海拔极寒地区所带来的恶劣天气影响,又满足了建筑的高耐久要求,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益,值得推广。
Taking the roof repairing project of the antique building in Dream Lake Garden,Montreal,Canada as an example,the traditional Chinese roofing waterproof structure form is innovatively designed.On the basis of the restoration of the original roof base,the addition of stainless steel drip plate,composite waterproof roll,stainless angle steel baffle,drainage board,non-woven fabric and other enhanced"waterproof-drainage integration"system can completely prevent moisture from remaining on the waterproof rolls.It can not only effectively cope with the harsh weather influence brought by the extremely cold area at high altitude,but also meet the high durability requirements of the building,which has good social and economic benefits and is worth promoting.
