摘要
泰国素万那普机场新航站楼主体结构长度约为1 070 m,地上3层,中段最宽处为80 m,高32 m;两端最窄处为47 m,高25.5 m,楼层板为后张法预应力无梁板。由于泰国大部分模架供应商规模较小,故能用于6 m层高的模架可选择性小。为此,结合工程特点,制订了多种工具式支撑模板体系组合的施工方案,在保证支撑模板体系安全的前提下,节省了支撑模板体系用量,降本增效,达到了按期完工的目的。
The length of the main structure of the new terminal building at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Thailand is about 1 070 m.With 3 floors above ground,the widest part of the middle section is 80 m with a height of 32 m,and the narrowest part at both ends is 47 m with a height of 25.5 m.The floor slab is a post-tensioned prestressed beamless slab.Since most of the formwork suppliers in Thailand were small in scale,therefore the selectivity of formwork that can be used for 6 m height was small.To this end,combined with the characteristics of the project,a construction scheme with a combination of multi-tool type formwork support system was developed.Under the premise of ensuring the safety of the formwork support system,the amount of formwork support system was saved,the cost was reduced,the efficiency was increased,and the goal of completion on schedule was achieved.
