摘要
结合工程实际,充分利用铝合金模板自重轻、强度高、可多次周转的特点,通过各种模数的模板组合,形成整体稳定性好的模具,满足了大型地铁停车场超大超厚承台混凝土成形的要求。由工程实践可知,定型铝合金模板施工不会产生建筑废料,经多次周转后可大幅降低成本,从而达到绿色施工的目的。
In combination with engineering practice,the advantages of the aluminum alloy formwork,such as light deadweight,high strength and multiple turnovers can be fully taken.The excellent overall stability of such formwork formed through the combination of various formworks can meet the requirements of concrete forming of the super large and thick pile caps in the large metro parking lot.It can be seen from the engineering practice that the construction of customized aluminum alloy formwork does not produce construction waste,and the cost can be greatly reduced after multiple turnovers,so as to achieve the purpose of green construction.
