摘要 某超高层建筑为钢框架-混凝土核心筒结构体系,其核心筒采用了爬模结合普通模板的施工方法,相比于传统施工方法的不同之处是采用了变截面厚度变化达150 mm的一次爬升施工工艺。通过SAP2000有限元结构分析软件验算了导轨的受力性能,并对爬升过程进行细致的模拟以确保施工安全,最终取消了传统做法中的“挂座垫高”措施,直接爬升爬模,不仅加快了施工进度,减轻了工人劳动强度,还显著节省了施工成本,具有良好的可操作性。 A super high-rise building is a steel frame-concrete core tube structure system.The core tube adopts the construction method of climbing formwork combined with ordinary formwork.Compared with the traditional construction method,the difference is that the construction technology of one-time climbing with up to 150 mm variation in the variable section thickness is adopted.Through the SAP2000 finite element structural analysis software,the force performance of the guide rail was verified,and the climbing process was carefully simulated to ensure the safety of the construction.Finally,the traditional method of"hooking high"was eliminated,and the climbing form was lifted directly.The construction progress has been accelerated,the labor intensity of workers has been reduced,construction costs have been significantly saved,and good maneuverability has been achieved.
