摘要
以上海松江某地下综合管廊工程为背景,从预制场实施、施工现场准备、预制构件拼装、基坑回填覆土等方面,介绍了地下综合管廊全预制拼装技术的施工流程。经技术经济分析,全预制拼装技术较明挖现浇综合管廊可降低直接费用约15%,并具有节省工期、对周边环境影响小等优点。
Based on an underground utility tunnel project in Songjiang, Shanghai, the construction process of full prefabrication and assembly technology for underground utility tunnel was introduced from the aspects of prefabrication field implementation, construction site preparation, prefabricated component assembly and foundation pit backfilling. Through technical and economic analysis, the full prefabrication and assembly technology can reduce the direct cost by about 15% compared with the excavation and cast-in-place utility tunnel, and has the advantages of saving construction time and little impact on the surrounding environment.
