Exploration and Application of Multi-Dimensional Progress Management in Construction Project

广义的工程进度管理,包括施工图出图进度、施工方案完成进度以及工程施工进度管理,这三者之间是一个有机的整体。故对于建设工程项目管理而言,施工图出图进度和施工方案完成进度,是工程施工顺利进行的前提条件,而施工方案的制订,在某种程度上,也受施工图进度的直接影响。结合工程实际,介绍多维度进度管理在大型建设工程中的应用,可为类似工程提供参考。

In a broad sense,the project progress management including construction drawing progress,construction scheme completion progress and project construction progress management are an organic combination of the three.Therefore,for the construction project management,the construction drawing progress and the construction scheme completion progress are the prerequisites for the smooth progress of the construction,and the formulation of the construction scheme is,to a certain extent,directly affected by the construction drawing progress.Combined with engineering practice,the application of multi-dimensional progress management in large-scale construction projects are introduced in this paper,which could provide reference for similar projects.
