BIM技术在工程项目管理上的综合应用

Comprehensive Application of BIM Technology in Project Management

以上海复旦大学附属肿瘤医院医学中心工程为例,通过引入BIM技术,对工程现场的质量、安全、成本等进行了有效的系统管理。项目综合应用结果表明:BIM技术可以在工程各个阶段、不同专业上实现数据信息的整合集成、分析、预判,且可提前优化施工图纸,提高工程管理品质,从而实现项目管理各环节之间的有效衔接。

Taking the medical center project of tumor hospital affiliated to Fudan University in Shanghai as an example,through introducing BIM technology,the quality,safety and cost of the project site are effectively and systematically managed.The comprehensive application results of the project show that BIM technology can realize the integration,analysis,and pre-judgment of data information in all stages and different professions of the project,and optimize the construction drawings in advance and improve the quality of project management,so as to realize the effective connection between all aspects of project management.
