基于PID控温的脉冲管制冷机性能自动测试实验研究

摘要 介绍了脉冲管制冷机的PID控温程序及其测试结果。该控制方法是在实验室已有的脉冲管制冷机测试与控制系统中引入PID控温后建立的。实验结果表明,PID控温能方便测量脉冲管制冷机在规定温度和制冷机输入功率条件下产生的制冷量,测量在规定温度和制冷量下的制冷机输入功率。温度控制稳定性达到±0.02 K,远优于普遍要求的±0.3 K。实现了更精确的制冷性能测量,新方法可取代原有的插值方法和手动调节控温测试法。 In this paper,the PID temperature control program for pulse tube cooling and its test results are reported.The PID temperature control program is introduced into the existing test and control system of pulse tube cryocooler in the laboratory. The experimental results show that the PID temperature control program can conveniently measure the cooling capacity of the pulse tube cryocooler under the specified temperature and the input power of the cryocooler,and measure the input power of the cryocooler under the specified temperature and cooling capacity. The temperature stability with±0.02 K,which is much better than ±0.3 K generally required. It realizes a more accurate measurement of cooling performance,therefore it can replace the original interpolation method and manual temperature control test method.
