转盘式土豆及残膜联合收获机的研制

摘要 近年来,地膜覆盖技术在土豆生产中得到了广泛应用,大幅提高了土豆产量,但是,地膜覆盖技术的运用实践发现,越来越多的残留地膜对土壤造成了严重的白色污染,影响了来年土豆的产量。为了合理有效地同时进行土豆收获与残膜回收,减少收获工序,设计了一种结构简单、操作方便的转盘式土豆残膜联合收获机,并对原理样机进行大田试验。试验结果表明,该联合收获机能同时收获土豆与回收残膜,且运行可靠,极大地提高了生产效率。 In recent years, plastic film mulching technology has been widely used in the production of potatoes.The technology can greatly improve the potatoes yield,however,the film coverage technology practice showed that more and more residual plastic film on soil resulted in serious white pollution, affecting the yield of potatoes in the coming year.In order to rationally and effectively simultaneously harvest potatoes and recover residue film and reduce the harvesting process, a turntable potato and residue film combine harvester with simple structure and convenient operation was designed, and field experiments were carried out on the prototype.The experimental results showed that the combined harvester can harvest potatoes and recover film residues simultaneously,and the operation was reliable, which greatly improved the production efficiency.
