摘要
目的探讨超声乳化人工晶状体植入术对单纯非硬核白内障患者角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法常州谱瑞眼科医院2016年1月至2018年12月的单纯非硬核白内障82例(104眼),随机分为两组,对照组,41例(52眼),施行小切口白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术;研究组41例(52眼),施行超声乳化人工晶状体植入术。所有患者均于手术后7天、1个月和3个月进行随访。结果两组裸眼视力差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术后7天,1和3个月的角膜内皮细胞密度高于对照组(P=0.037、0.028、0.021);研究组在术后1个月、3个月角膜内皮细胞丢失率低于对照组(P=0.040、0.025);研究组术后7天角膜厚度低于于对照组(P=0.031);研究组角膜散光与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论单纯非硬核白内障采用超声乳化人工晶状体植入术可以减少角膜内皮细胞丢失率。
Objective To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation on corneal endothelial cells of patients with non-hard cataract.Methods Total of 104 eyes of 82 cases with non-hard cataract in Changzhou Purui Eye Hospital from Jan.2016 to Dec.2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group,52 eyes of 41 cases,were treated with small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation.And the research group,52 eyes of 41 cases,were treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.All patients were followed up for 7 days,1 month and 3 months after surgery.Results There was no significant difference in naked vision between the two groups(P>0.05).The corneal endothelial cell density in the research group was higher than that in the control group at 7 days,1 and 3 months after surgery(P=0.037,0.028,0.021).The loss rate of corneal endothelial cells in the research group was lower than that in the control group at 1 and 3 months after operation(P=0.040,0.025).The corneal thickness of the research group was lower than that of the control group at 7 days after surgery(P=0.031).There was no significant difference in corneal astigmatism between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of patients with non-hard cataract can reduce the rate of corneal endothelial cell loss.
