普拉洛芬预防白内障术后干眼的观察

Observation of pranprofen to prevent dry eyes after cataract surgery

目的观察普拉洛芬(pranprofen)对晶状体超声乳化术后干眼的预防作用。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年1月长兴县人民医院晶状体超声乳化术后245例(300眼),依据随机数字表法将患者分为普拉洛芬组122例(150眼)和玻璃酸钠组123例(150眼)。玻璃酸钠组术前3天和术后1天应用玻璃酸钠滴眼,普拉洛芬组在此基础上联合普拉洛芬滴眼。术后观察两组眼部情况。结果两组术后30天的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、角膜荧光染色(FL)和干涩感、异物感、疼痛感及疲劳评分明显低于术前3天者。术后30天两组之间比较:TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP、FL、干涩感、异物感、疼痛感和疲劳,普玻璃酸钠组均明显低于玻璃酸钠组(P<0.05),两组术后30天的基础泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间明显高于术前3天者,普拉洛芬组术后30天的基础泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间明显高于玻璃酸钠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均无不良反应发生。结论普拉洛芬可有效改善晶状体超声乳化术后眼部炎症反应及泪膜功能,对干眼具有良好的预防作用,且安全性好。

Objective To observe the preventive effect of pranoprofen on the dry eye after phacoemulsification.Methods The data of 300 eyes of 245 cases with cataract who received phacoemulsification from Jan.2017 to Jan.2018 in Changxing County People’s Hospital were selected and analyzed retrospectively.According to random number table,all cases were divided into two groups.The hyaluronate group,150 eyes of 123 cases,were treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops at 3 days before operation and 1 day after operation.And the pranoprofen group,150 eyes of 122 cases,were treated with pranprofen eye drops combind with sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The ocular inflammation were observed and compared between the two groups.Results At 30 days after operation the tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a),interleukin-6(IL-6),high sensitive C-reactive(hs-CRP)and corneal fluorescence staining(FL),aningeresting,foreign body sensation,pain and fatigue scores in pranoprofen group and hyaluronate group were significantly lower than those in 3 days preoperatively.At 30 days after operation the TNF-a,IL-6,hs-CRP and FL,dryness,foreign body sensation,pain and fatigue scores in pranoprofen group were significantly lower than those in hyaluronate group.At 30 days after operation the basic tear secretion test and tear film rupture time in pranprofen group and hyaluronate group were significantly higher than those at 3 days preoperatively.At 30 days after operation the basic tear secretion test and tear film rupture time in pranoprofen group were significantly higher than those in hyaluronate group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reaction in two group occurred.Conclusion Pranprofen can effectively amelionate the ocular inflammation and tear film function after phacoemulsification,and it has the good preventive effect on dry eye,and it is safety.
