摘要
与普通碳纳米管相比,定向碳纳米管阵列因具有独特的结构和更优异的力学、电学和热学特性而备受关注。表面超疏水改性、功能材料及强化传热是定向碳纳米管阵列应用的三个主要方面。对定向碳纳米管阵列在这三个领域应用的最新研究进展进行总结和分析,重点阐述定向碳纳米管阵列实际应用中主要存在的问题以及发展方向。
Compared with ordinary carbon nanotubes(CNT),aligned carbon nanotubes arrays have attracted attention due to their unique structure and superior mechanical,electrical,and thermal properties.Surface superhydrophobic modification,functional materials and enhanced heat transfer are the three main aspects of the application of aligned CNT arrays.A summary and analysis of the latest advances in the application of aligned CNT arrays in these three fields was carried,and highlighted the main problems and development directions of practical applications of aligned CNT arrays.
