摘要
以聚醚胺和自制环氧硅油为原料,分别以异丙醇或乙二醇丁醚作为反应溶剂,制备自乳化嵌段硅油。研究了反应物摩尔比、反应时间、反应温度、溶剂种类及用量对产物乳化性能的影响。用红外光谱对其结构进行表征。结果表明:自乳化嵌段硅油最佳合成条件为:自制环氧硅油(分子量M=6000)与聚醚胺(ED-600)摩尔比为1∶1.4,反应时间为10h、反应温度为80℃、乙二醇丁醚用量为反应总质量的50%,所得乳液澄清透明、稳定。
The self-emulsified block silicone oil was prepared by using polyetheramine and self-made epoxy silicone oil as raw materials,and isopropanol or ethylene glycol butyl ether as a reaction solvent.The influences of reactant molar ratio,reaction time,reaction temperature,type and amount of solvent on the emulsifying properties of the product were studied.The structure of the product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.Results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were that the mole ratio of self-made epoxy silicone oil(M=6k)to polyetheramine(ED-600)was 1∶1.4,the reaction time was 10 hours,the reaction temperature was 80℃.Ethylene glycol butyl ether was used as a solvent and the amount was 50%of the total mass of the reaction,and the obtained emulsion was clear and transparent.
