摘要
目的 分析多普勒血流探测仪在胸外按压辅助反馈中的应用,为其进一步研发和使用奠定实验基础.方法 取20只健康小鼠,用经食管心脏起搏诱发室颤的方法构建心脏骤停动物模型,然后取多普勒血流探测仪,在多普勒探头的底部涂上耦合剂,揭开周围的护胶片,将探头贴于小鼠颈动脉的对应体表位置处,打开主机开关即可进行生理指标的探测,随后立即常规实施胸外按压,仪器在按压过程中保持实时监测反馈状态,辅助按压.结果 该探测仪在按压过程中可清晰显示按压频率、血流速度,并通过声音信号及信号灯进行辅助反馈,可对胸外按压的效果进行良好反馈.结论 作为一项无创、实时监测反馈的CPR辅助装置,该设计具有便携性和操作易行性,其研发和大规模普及对于挽救更多心脏骤停患者的生命、增强公众急救观念以及减轻专业急救人员负担均具有重要意义.
Objective To analyze the application of doppler flow detector in the auxiliary feedback of chest compressions, and to lay the experimental foundation for its further development and application. Methods 20 healthy mice, ventricular fibrillation induced by injection of the esophageal cardiac pacemaker way to construct animal models of cardiac arrest, and then take the doppler flow detector, at the bottom of the doppler sensor coated with coupling agent, uncover the protective film, around the stick in the carotid arteries in mice will probe the corresponding surface location, open the host switch for detection of physiological indexes, then immediately routine chest compressions, instrument keep real time monitoring in the process of pressure feedback condition, auxiliary pressure. Results In the process of chest compressions, the frequency and blood flow velocity of chest compressions can be clearly displayed, and the auxiliary feedback can be given by sound signals and signal lights, which can give a good feedback on the effect of chest compressions. Conclusion As a non-invasive, real-time monitoring and feedback CPR aid device, this design is portable and easy to operate. Its development and large-scale popularization are of great significance for saving the lives of more patients with cardiac arrest, enhancing the public's awareness of first aid and reducing the burden of professional first aid personnel.
