基于灰色系统评价法的绿色建筑节能评价体系

Green building energy-saving evaluation system based on grey system evaluation method

摘要 近年来,我国高度重视绿色环保,绿色节能建筑也在崭露头角。然而目前我国颁布的绿建评价标准体现不了各个指标的重要程度,故运用灰色系统评价方法针对绿色建筑节能指标进行筛选。一是根据国内外现状和目标原则,建立绿色建筑节能评价体系;然后,根据该示例,使用分析层次过程来计算评估指标的权重;最后,采用灰色综合评价方法筛选出重要的绿色建筑节能指标,构建了基于灰色评价方法的绿色建筑节能评价体系。 In recent years,China attaches great importance to green environmental protection,green energy-saving buildings are also coming out.However,the evaluation criteria of Green Construction promulgated at present cannot reflect the importance of each index,in this paper,the grey system evaluation method is used to screen the energy-saving indicators of green buildings.Firstly,according to the current situation and target principle at home and abroad,the energysaving evaluation system of green building is established;Then the weight of evaluation index is calculated by using analytic hierarchy process according to an example;Finally,the gray comprehensive evaluation method is used to screen out the important energy-saving indicators of green buildings,and constructs an energy-saving evaluation system of green buildings based on grey evaluation method.
