摘要
对固体蓄热式电锅炉结构进行研究,针对固体蓄热式电锅炉蓄热体的结构,探究其对于电锅炉蓄热过程的影响。固体蓄热式电锅炉利用低谷电蓄热将电能转化为热能,实现绿色环保节能减排。采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对蓄热体几种不同结构的蓄热放热情况进行模拟,观察研究所得温度分布情况,对进一步优化固体蓄热式电锅炉有一定的指导意义。
Under the current situation of traditional energy shortage,we are facing the problems of finding new sources of energy and how to optimize the existing energy structures.After studying the structure of the regenerative electric boiler,We fouce on regenerator structure of the regenerative electric boilers,and explore the influence on the heat storage process of electric boilers.Regenerative electric boilers convert electric energy into heat energy by utilizing low ebb electric to realize green environmental protection and energy saving.The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to simulate the heat storage and heat release of several different structures of the regenerator,observe and study the temperature distribution,which has certain guiding significance for further optimizing the regenerative electric boiler.
