摘要 以广东梅州某火力发电厂4×300 MW循环流化床锅炉为例,分析了采用炉内添加石灰石粉的单一脱硫法存在的问题。结合现今环保政策要求进行技术改造,在原“炉内喷入石灰石粉”基础上增加“原煤掺入石灰石颗粒”工艺,双管齐下脱硫,有效提高了脱硫稳定性,脱硫效率能稳定在95%以上,并大大降低了脱硫用的石灰石成本。 Taking a 4 × 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler in a thermal power plant in Meizhou,Guangdong Province as an example,the problem of using a single desulfurization method with limestone powder added in the furnace was analyzed.In combination with the current environmental protection policy requirements for technical transformation,the original"injection of limestone powder into the furnace"on the basis of the"raw coal with limestone particles"process,two-pronged desulfurization,effectively improve the stability of desulfurization,desulfurization efficiency can be stabilized above 95%,and The limestone cost for desulfurization is greatly reduced.
