压力灌浆技术在桥梁桩基施工中的应用分析

摘要 目前,随着公路建设事业的迅猛发展,钻孔灌注桩施工工艺在公路桥梁桩基施工中的应用越来越普遍和广泛,但在钻孔灌注桩施工过程中,由于所采用的是泥浆护壁工艺以及在清孔中残渣清理不彻底,常在桩周围形成了3 mm左右的一层泥浆皮,使得钻孔灌注桩摩擦力及桩端阻力不能有效地发挥作用,造成钻孔灌注桩承载能力偏低,桩基材质未能充分的利用,甚至造成桥梁基础的不均匀沉降等弊端。结合工程实例与资料分析,对压力灌浆法中基本原理进行了总结,通过对桩基压力灌浆施工工艺进行分析,提出了桩基压力灌浆施工技术,以保证压力灌浆技术的不断发展。 At present,with the rapid development of highway construction,the application of bored pile construction technology in the construction of highway bridge pile foundation is more and more common,but in the construction process of bored pile,due to the use of mud protection wall The process and the residue cleaning in the clear hole are not complete,and a layer of mud skin around 3 mm is often formed around the pile,so that the friction force of the bored pile and the resistance of the pile end cannot effectively function,resulting in the bearing capacity of the bored pile.Low,the pile foundation material is not fully utilized,and even causes uneven settlement of the bridge foundation.Combined with engineering examples and data analysis,the basic principles of pressure grouting method are summarized.Through the analysis of pile foundation pressure grouting construction technology,pile foundation pressure grouting construction teclmology is proposed to ensure the continuous development of pressure grouting technology.
