摘要
在人防工程门框安装过程中,门框垂直度偏差的控制直接影响门扇的使用性能,包括:门扇启闭力、关锁操纵力、门扇运行平稳性以及门扇与门框贴合面间隙等。另外,混凝土凝固是不可逆的,门框墙混凝土终凝后,门框垂直度就无法再纠偏,如果说非要纠正的话,则是拆东墙补西墙,解决一个问题,又会随之而来另外一个或几个问题,最终还是无法从根本上解决问题。因此,门框垂直度偏差必须要在安装过程中进行有效控制,发现偏差,及时纠正。
During the installation of doorframe in civil air defense engineering,the control of the vertical deviation of doorframe directly affects the performance of doorframe,including the opening and closing force,the closing manipulation force,the smoothness of the operation of doorframe,and the gap between the door and the fitted surface of doorframe,etc.In addition,the concrete solidification is irreversible.After the concrete of the doorframe wall is finally solidified the verticality of the doorframe can not be corrected.If it is necessary to correct,it is to remove the east wall to make up the West wall,to solve one problem,and then another or several problems will follow,and ultimately it is impossible to solve the problem fundamentally.Therefore,the door frame verticality deviation must be effectively controlled in the installation process?and the deviation should be found and corrected in time.
