摘要
在我国建筑行业发展中,市政道路工程施工中通过EPC总承包模式的构建,可以明确建筑工程理念,实现对市政道路工程管理方案的总结及分析。研究中认识到市政道路工程施工中存在的问题,旨在通过问题分析构建有效的项目管理方案,以保证建筑施工的安全性,为市政道路工程方案的完善提供支持。
In the development of construction industry in China,through the construction of EPC general contracting mode in municipal road engineering construction,the concept of construction engineering can be clarified,and the management scheme of municipal road engineering can be summarized and analyzed.The study recognizes the problems existing in the construction of municipal road engineering,aiming at building an effective project management scheme through problem analysis,so as to ensure the safety of construction and provide support for the improvement of municipal road engineering scheme.
