Research on Application of New Type of Assembled Green Building Technology

现今,绿色建筑技术在国内的城镇建设中获得了广泛应用与推行,特别是新型装配式绿色建筑技术的应用,这与传统的建筑技术相比较而言有着非常显著的特点及优势。由此可见,新型装配式绿色建筑技术尤其是国内的建筑行业有着必然的发展势头。在分析BIM建筑模型及相关文献的基础上,给出了几项新型装配式绿色建筑技术的实施规划,并对实际项目的应用进行了相应的研究。

Green building technology has been widely applied and promoted in domestic urban construction,especially the application of new assembled green building technology,which is compared with traditional building technology.Words have very significant features and advantages.It can be seen that the new assembled green building technology,especially the domestic construction industry,has an inevitable development momentum.Based on the analysis of BIM building model and related literatures,the author gives several implementation plans for new type of assembly green building technology,and conducts corresponding research on the application of actual projects.
