地铁矿山法施工区间隧道防水问题研究

Study on Waterproofing Problem of Tunnel in Subway Mining Method Construction

针对地铁矿山法施工区间隧道防水问题进行深入研究,分析了地铁矿山法施工区间隧道渗水原因,内容包含施工初期支护不当,防水板全封闭作用没有得到充分发挥,防水混凝土施工不当。基于此研究了如何防范地铁矿山法施工区间隧道渗水问题,内容包括:防水形式,初期支护和背后填补注浆,方式板的科学使用,全包柔性防水层,二次衬砌结构自防水。最后总结了进行地铁矿山法施工过程中区间隧道施工防水工程中应注意的问题,希望通过对这些内容的分析,能提升隧道防水性能,延长隧道使用寿命。

In order to carry out in-depth study on the waterproof problem of tunnel construction in subway mine construction method,the reasons of water seepage in tunnel construction of subway mine method are analyzed.The contents include improper support during the initial construction,the full sealing effect of waterproof board is not fully exerted,and the waterproof concrete construction is improper.Based on this research,how to prevent the water seepage problem in the subway tunnel construction section,including:wateiproof form,initial support and back filling grouting,scientific use of the way board,all-inclusive flexible waterproof layer,secondary lining structure self-waterproof.Finally,the problems that should be paid attention to during the construction of the tunnel construction during the construction of the subway mine method are summarized.It is hoped that the analysis of these contents can improve the waterproof performance of the road and prolong the service life of the tunnel.
