摘要
管片自动化流水线生产过程中,人为和材料等因素都容易导致手孔出现漏浆,导致管片成品手孔堵塞,影响管片拼装。通过统计方法确定导致手孔漏浆的主要原因,分析造成问题的关键因素,制订对应的改进措施,有效的降低了生产过程中管片手孔漏浆率。
During the production process of automatic tube assembly,factors such as man-made and materials are likely to cause leakage of the hand hole,which leads to blockage of the hand piece of the finished tube piece and affects the assembly of the piece.Through statistical methods to determine the main cause of hand hole leakage,analyze the key factors causing the problem,develop corresponding improvement measures,effectively reduce the leakage rate of the hand hole in the production process.
