摘要
通过青岛市地铁13号线灵山卫站深基坑施工涌水事故的处理,从地层因素和水文地质角度出发,分析了基坑施工涌水的根本原因,对初期注浆处理效果不理想进行了分析、总结。通过建立注浆试验段和实验室对注浆试验应用数据的测试、验证、选用,提出了改进的涌水处理措施,确定了注浆浆液、注浆压力、浆液配合比参数的适用值。对注浆孔的布设,注浆范围和注浆深度的确定,对注浆深度分阶段实施的思路进行了阐述,由于准备充分,试验有据,场地大范围注浆取得了良好的效果,注浆在基坑外侧形成了有效的止水帷幕,封堵了地下水向基坑的渗漏和涌水,使得深大基坑开挖得以顺利进行。
Based on the treatment of water gushing accident in Lingshan Satellite Station deep foundation pit construction of Qingdao Metro Line 13,this paper analyses the basic causes of water gushing in foundation pit construction from the angle of stratum factors and hydrogeology,and summarizes the unsatisfactoiy effect of initial grouting treatment.Through the establishment of grouting test section and laboratory test,verification and selection of grouting experiment application data,the improved water gushing treatment measures are put forward,and the applicable values of grouting fluid,grouting pressure and grouting ratio parameters are determined.This paper expounds the layout of grouting holes,the determination of grouting scope and grouting depth,and expounds the idea of implementing grouting depth in stages.Due to adequate preparation and experimental evidence,large-scale grouting in the site has achieved good results,grouting has formed an effective water-stop curtain outside the foundation pit,blocked the leakage and gushing of groundwater to the foundation pit,and made the excavation of deep and large foundation pit smooth.
