磁共振成像(MRI)和CT在老年多发性脑梗死患者诊断中的价值对比 被引量:13

Value of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and CT in the Diagnosis of Elderly Patients with Multiple Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的:探讨磁共振成像(MRI)及CT对老年多发性脑梗死患者的诊断价值比较;方法:选取2018年1月-2018年9月于本院收治的确诊为老年多发性脑梗死病人200例为研究对象,随机分为观察组及对照组,各100例。观察组采取MRI检查、对照组采用CT检查。比较两组诊断方法的检出率、病灶数、病灶直径,观CT及MRI对病灶的诊断结果,同时记录比较24h内、24~72h、72h以上病灶数量、部位的检出情况及检查的操作时间;结果:MRI梗死检出率(96.0%)显著高于CT检出率(65.0%),且梗死72小时内梗死检出率均显著高于CT检查,两组平均病灶检出数、病灶大小及小病灶数比较,MRI均显著优于CT,MRI的平均检查时间较CT长;结论:MRI和CT是老年多发性脑梗死患者检查的重要手段,但MRI的诊断优势更加明显,病变检出率更高,在临床上可根据诊断需要进行选择。 Objective:To compare the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and CT in elderly patients with multiple cerebral infarction.Methods:200 elderly patients with multiple cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to September 2017 divided into observation group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The observation group was examined by MRI and the control group was examined by CT.The detection rate,number and diameter of lesions were compared between the two groups,and the diagnostic results of CT and MRI were observed.The number,location and operation time of lesions within 24 hours,24-72 hours and 72 hours were recorded and compared;Result:The detection rate of MRI infarction(96.0%)was significantly higher than that of CT(65.5%),and the detection rate of infarction within 72 hours was significantly higher than that of CT.The average number of lesions detected,the size of lesions and the number of small lesions in the two groups were significantly better than that of CT,and the average examination time of MRI was longer than that of CT;Conclusion:MRI and CT are important means of examination for senile patients with multiple cerebral infarction,but the diagnostic advantage of MRI is more obvious,and the detection rate of lesions is higher,so it can be selected according to the needs of diagnosis in clinic.
