摘要
目的:通过对DSA下利用高压注射器产生的持续高压在子宫输卵管造影(HSG)中的应用,在某些特殊情况下可以从根本上解决女性输卵管梗阻、粘连带来的问题。材料与方法:采用DSA设备联动美国MEDRAD Mark V Provis型高压注射器对47例子宫输卵管造影患者实时记录。结果:47例造影都能清楚显示子宫大小、形态、边缘;首次造影结果显示有36例输卵管不通或部分通畅,占76.6%,其中,15例一侧或双侧输卵管起始部、狭部被高压冲开,占41.7%,18例一侧或双侧输卵管壶腹部、伞部被高压冲开,占50.0%,3两侧输卵管完全不通并行二次造影,占8.3%,其余11例双侧输卵管完全通畅并显影清晰,占23.4%。结论:DSA下利用高压注射器持续压力,使部分不通患者再次通畅。更重要的是,在某种程度上避免患者再次因治疗增加对子宫输卵管的损伤。
Objective:In the womb fallopian tube radiography through continuous pressure on the use of high pressure syringe under DSA(HSG)in the application,in some special cases can be solved in female fallopian tube obstruction fundamentally,adhesion problems.Methods:DSA apparatus was used to record 47 cases of uterine tubal radiography in real time.Results:47 cases can clearly show the uterine size,shape,edge;43 cases of fallopian tube patency,among them,3 cases of bilateral fallopian tubes completely blocked,40 cases of one or both fallopian tube ampulla and distal end of the umbrella is not smooth,the remaining 4 cases of tubal patency completely and clearly visualized.Conclusion:The use of high pressure syringe under DSA makes some patients unobstructed again,which is worthy of application.More importantly,to some extent avoid additional damage to the fallopian tube endometrium as a result of interventional therapy.
