256排CT灌注成像联合CT血管成像对发病12h内的急性缺血性脑卒中患者的诊断价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨CT灌注成像联合CT血管成像应用于诊断发病12h内急性缺血性卒中患者的临床价值。方法:90例患者行CT灌注成像联合CT血管成像检查,记录就诊时上述联合检查结果并与发病30d后患者CT复查结果行统计学分析。结果:90例发病12h内急性缺血性卒中患者就诊时CT灌注成像联合CT血管成像检查结果与发病30d后患者CT复查结果对比P>0.05(分别为96.67%、100.00%)。结论:联合应用CT灌注成像和CT血管成像诊断发病12h内急性缺血性卒中准确性较高,对临床治疗有很重要的帮助。
