摘要
目的:研究并分析治疗早产儿呼吸暂停时使用枸橼酸咖啡因后不同维持剂量的干预效果。方法:收集呼吸暂停早产儿共132例,通过区组随机化分为对照组(66例)和观察组(66例),均行枸橼酸咖啡因治疗,对照组的维持剂量为5mg/kg,观察组的维持剂量为10mg/kg,将两组临床疗效、机械通气时间、呼吸暂停发作次数、低流量吸氧时间、不良反应发生率进行观察和对比。结果:相较于对照组,观察组的临床疗效、机械通气时间、呼吸暂停发作次数、低流量吸氧时间均更优,P均<0.05;在不良反应方面,两组差异不显著,P>0.05。结论:在呼吸暂停早产儿的干预过程中,枸橼酸咖啡因的高维持剂量能够获得更加理想的干预效果,值得推广应用。
Objective:To study and analyze the intervention effect of different maintenance doses of caffeine citrate in the treatment of premature infants with apnea.Methods:132 premature infants with apnea were collected and randomly divided into control group(66 cases)and observation group(66 cases)with caffeine citrate treatment.The maintenance dose of the control group was 5 mg/kg and the maintenance dose of the observation group was 15 mg/kg.The clinical efficacy,mechanical ventilation time,apnea attack times,low-flow oxygen inhalation time and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had better clinical efficacy,mechanical ventilation time,times of apnea and low-flow oxygen inhalation time,all P<0.05.In terms of adverse reactions,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the intervention of premature infants with apnea,the high maintenance dose of caffeine citrate can obtain more ideal intervention effect,which is worthy of popularization and application.
