异形截面3D管状机织物的设计与试织 被引量:6

摘要 通过设计合理的上机工艺及织造方法,制备出2种异形截面的3D管状机织物。采用“压扁—织造—还原”方法进行织造,先画出2种异形截面3D管状机织物的经向截面图,再根据经向截面图设计出相应的组织图;根据组织图进行上机织造,最后在SGA598型小样织机上成功试织2种异形截面的3D管状机织物。结果显示:通过合理设计可以在SGA598型小样织机上织造出规定形状的异形截面3D管状机织物,为异形截面3D管状机织物复合材料的制备提供了织造方法,促进了其应用与推广。 Two different-shaped 3D tubular woven fabrics were prepared by designing a reasonable machine process and weaving method.Weaving was carried out by the method of′squashing-weaving-reduction′.Firstly,the warp-sectional section of two different-shaped cross-section 3D tubular woven fabrics were drawn.Then the pattern draft was designed according to the warp-sectional section.Finally,two kinds of 3D tubular woven fabrics with different-shaped sections were successfully woven on the SGA598 type sample loom.The results show that the 3D tubular woven fabric of the specified shape can be woven on the SGA598 sample loom by reasonable design,which provides a weaving method for the composite preparation of the 3D tubular woven fabric with the special section,which is a 3D tubular machine with a profiled section.Efforts have been made in the application and promotion of woven composite materials.
