摘要
为了改善F-12芳纶与RFL树脂的黏结性能,分别采用硅烷偶联剂A-1100和A-174与不饱和聚酯树脂对F-12芳纶进行表面改性处理。采用SEM测试分析纤维表面成膜情况确定不饱和聚酯树脂用量,通过测试浸渍RFL树脂溶液后织物的抽拔强力和束纤维的断裂强力确定偶联剂用量。实验得出最优处理工艺为:①不饱和聚酯树脂用量20%+A1100用量2.0%,此时织物抽拔强力为49.22 N,束纤维的断裂强力为64.94N;②不饱和聚酯树脂用量20%+A174用量0.6%,此时织物抽拔强力57.84 N,束纤维的断裂强力为69.53 N。最后通过红外光谱验证了不饱和聚酯树脂+A174改性处理效果优于不饱和聚酯树脂+A1100的效果,这一结果与测试结果。
In order to improve the cohesiveness of F-12 aramid and RFL resin,F-12 aramid was surface modified by using A-1100 and A-174 silane coupling agent and unsaturated polyester resin respectively.The amount of unsaturated polyester resin was determined by SEM test to analyze the film surface of the fiber.The amount of coupling agent was determined by testing the pumping strength of the fabric and the breaking strength of the bundle fiber after impregnating the RFL resin solution.The best results showed that the optimum dosage of unsaturated polyester resin was 20%,the best dosage of A1100 was 2.0%;at this time,the pumping strength of unsaturated polyester resin+A1100 was 49.22 N and the breaking strength of the bundle fiber was 64.94 N.The optimum dosage of unsaturated polyester resin was 20%,the best dosage of A174 was 0.6%;at this time,the pumping strength of unsaturated polyester resin+A174 was 57.84 N and the breaking strength of the bundle fiber was 69.53 N.Finally,the infrared spectrum also showed that the unsaturated polyester resin+A174 modification treatment was better than the unsaturated polyester resin+A1100,which was agreement with the pumping strength.
