天然山楂红色素的提取及在羊毛织物染色中的应用

Extraction of red pigments from hawthorn and dyeing on worsted fabric

山楂红色素作为常用食品天然色素之一,其可用于织物染色。通过研究山楂红色素提取工艺及其上染羊毛织物的较优工艺,得到山楂红色素提取较优工艺为:浸提溶剂95%乙醇溶液,pH值2,微波处理1 min后常温浸提5 h。设置山楂红色素提取液用量为50%(owf),染色温度85℃,染色时间60 min,pH值4,浴比1∶100,可获得较好的直接染色效果。通过预媒染色发现,金属媒染剂十二水硫酸铝钾、五水硫酸铜和氯化亚锡会降低羊毛上染山楂红色素的效果。

Hawthorn red pigment is one of the most common natural food pigments,which can be used for fabric dyeing.Through the study of the hawthorn red pigment extraction process and the wool fabric dyeing process,the optimum hawthorn red pigment extraction process is:95%ethanol solvent extraction solution,pH value 2,microwave treatment for 1 min,room temperature extraction for 5 h.Then the hawthorn red pigment extract concentration was set at 50%(owf),dyeing temperature at 85℃,dyeing time at 60 min,pH value 4,bath ratio of 1∶100 can be used for better dyeing effect directly.At the same time,KAl(SO4)2·12H2O,CuSO4·5H2O and SnCl were used for pre-mordant dyeing to reduce the effect of hawthorn red pigment dyeing on wool.
