全新风系统用复合空气过滤材料的制备及性能

摘要 为研发全新风系统用纳米纤维复合空气过滤材料,参照标准搭建过滤性能测试装置,对丙纶针刺和熔喷过滤材料的基本性能进行测试,优选出一种丙纶针刺过滤材料作为复合空气过滤材料的基布;利用正交试验设计法制定9种试验方案,将聚酰胺6(PA 6)纳米纤维膜沉积在优选的基布上制备复合过滤材料;对复合过滤材料的基本性能进行测试,并采用灰色聚类法对其过滤性能进行综合评价,考察优选出的复合过滤材料的实际应用效果。结果表明:丙纶针刺过滤材料与PA 6纳米纤维膜复合后,材料的过滤性能明显得到改善;制备PA 6纳米纤维膜的最优工艺参数为PA 6质量分数21%、纺丝电压16 kV、注射速度1 mL/h和接收距离18 cm。PA 6纳米纤维复合空气过滤材料可显著提高全新风系统的过滤性能。研究结果可为研发全新风系统用复合过滤材料提供技术参考。 To develop the nanofiber composite filter materials for the all outdoor air system,the performance of the polypropylene needling and melted filters was tested and analyzed by the filtration performance testing device according to the standards.One kind of polypropylene needled filters was selected as the base cloth of the composite fiber materials.Nine kinds of polyamide 6(PA 6)nanofibrous membrane obtained from orthogonal test were deposited on the preferred base cloth to prepare the composite filter materials.The performance of the composite fiber materials was tested,and the grey clustering analysis was used to synthetically evaluate the filtration performance of the materials.The practical application of the optimized composite filter materials were also investigated.The results show that the filtration performances of polypropylene needle punched filters combined with PA 6 nanofibrous membrane are improved obviously.The optimum parameters for preparing PA 6 nanofiber membranes are the PA 6 mass fraction of 21%,the spinning voltage of 16 kV,the injection speed of 1 mL/h,and the receiving distance of 18 cm.The PA 6 nanofiber composite filter materials can significantly improve the filtration performance of the all outdoor air system.The research may provide technical reference for developing composite filter materials for the all outdoor air system.
