摘要
针对斯里兰卡汉班托塔(Hanbantota)港二期工程西人工岛建设可能造成的岸滩侵蚀或堆积变化,以及可能对防波堤口门区波浪和泥沙淤积产生的影响等关键问题,采用多次现场岸滩调查和断面测量获取基础数据、结合卫星遥感资料、沿岸输沙计算和模型试验研究的方法进行综合研究。结果表明:西人工岛对岸滩的影响只发生在西侧拦沙堤附近范围,会使防波堤口门区的波高增大5%~10%,但不会影响船舶安全进出港;其建设能适当减小防波堤口门区及口门外进港航道的泥沙淤积。研究成果可供在较大规模砂质海岸上设计和建造人工岛等港工建筑物参考。
Focusing on the key points of the influence from the West Artificial Islands of Hanbantota Port phase Ⅱ project in Sri Lanka on the beach evolution or siltation,and on the wave of the breakwater entrance area,we carry out a comprehensive research based on site beach survey and section measurement data,and combining with satellite remote sensing data,coastal sediment transport calculation and model test study.The results show that the impact of the West Artificial Island on the beach is only limited to the west side of the sediment barrier;it will enlarge the wave height on the entrance area of the breakwater by 5%~10%,without affecting the safety of ships navigating in and out of the port;and it can reduce the siltation of the entrance channel outside the breakwater entrance appropriately.The research results may serve as reference for designing and constructing harbor building such as artificial islands on large-scale sandy shores.
